Lessons in Leadership: Inspiring a Team by Jamal Sowell | Tuesday, November 11th, 7:30-8:30 p.m.
We are excited to extend an invitation to our entire Oak Hall School community—parents, students, faculty, and staff—to join us for the upcoming Leadership Institute Speaker Series. This special event will feature Jamal Sowell’s leadership journey which offers great lessons on how to lead diverse teams and grow as a leader.
In his talk, Sowell will share how he built trust, inspired others, and navigated different leadership roles, from the military to business. He’ll discuss how important it is to use your network, take on new opportunities, and keep developing as a leader. His story will show how leadership is about working with others, adapting to challenges, and staying focused on your goals.
This one-hour event is a fantastic opportunity for the entire Oak Hall community to explore the principles of authentic leadership. Additionally, for students registered in the Leadership Institute, participation can count toward your program requirements.
